Besides my therapy practice, I also manage an advice website for kids and their parents called AskShirelle.com.

People send questions in to my friend Shirelle, a very wise (about some things) dog who is happy to help with anything she can.  Frequent topics include sibling issues, school problems, bullying, loneliness, and the difficulties of parenting.  It’s not therapy (they only give dogs that other kind of license), but it’s a fun site for kids, and can be very helpful for building communication in families, or even as an adjunct for other therapists to use in their practice.  Check it out — she won’t bite.
